Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics or closely related plus 5 years’ post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or as Senior Financial Analyst working in FinTech, Tech, or Financial Services industry with US GAAP and Salesforce. Valid CPA license
What the job involves
- (i) serve as a key finance partner to GTM teams, delivering BI and actionable insights focusing on operational efficiency, profitability, and growth
- (ii) lead annual sales budgeting process, and provide ongoing support and analytics around actual progress toward goals
- (iii) support development and execution of monthly sales commission processes, including partnering with Sales leadership to adapt programs as needed
- (iv) own development of new (and maintenance of existing) company-wide KPI dashboards supporting a data-driven, decision-making culture across all levels of the organization
- (v) own regular and ad-hoc FP&A deliverables, including monthly reconciliations, variance analysis, and income statement and balance sheet preparation
- (vii) collaborate across the broader finance teams on ad-hoc financial analyses, forecasting, and support for internal reporting requirements
- SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (9:00am-5:00pm)
