What the job involves
- OneNest is seeking an organized, proactive, and bilingual (English & Spanish) professional to fulfill a dual role as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager for our main headquarters in multiple cities
- This unique position is perfect for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support both executive-level functions and day-to-day office operations

- Manage daily scheduling for the CEO, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Support with special projects as assigned by the CEO
- Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, managing vendors, and maintaining office equipment
- Coordinate office logistics to ensure a smooth daily workflow
- Support onboarding for new team members, including desk setup, access arrangements, and welcome materials
- Organize office events, meetings, and team-building activities
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Entry-Level, In-Office Position
- Ensure the office remains a safe and welcoming environment for employees and visitors
- Collaborate with all departments to assist with their office needs
- Assist with new employee orientation and office setup
