Marketing Associate, Simple Pharma

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, OTC, or FMCG industries, within sales, marketing, or product management roles
• Experience managing websites with third-party support, such as Webflow or similar platforms
• Proven track record in planning and overseeing the creation of compelling campaign content for both traditional and digital channels
• A genuine passion for expanding a men’s health platform
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)

• Identify opportunities to create and develop new assets (resources, leaflets, etc.) to empower sales teams with tools that drive engagement with healthcare professionals
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including product launches, across traditional and digital platforms
• Take ownership of our digital platforms, maintaining content across websites and social media
• Identify ways to enhance these channels through new content, SEO strategies, and initiatives to boost traffic and engagement
• Manage relationships with external agencies and translators to ensure content is tailored for different markets
• Work with internal quality teams to ensure all materials are compliant with regulatory standards, making direct adjustments to content as necessary
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Country Managers to deliver impactful marketing activities that drive growth in key markets
• Gather insights and feedback from sales teams to ensure campaign materials align with market needs and resonate with the target audience
• Track and analyse global and local campaign performance using key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Conduct A/B testing and experiments to continually optimise marketing strategies
• Create reports to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns, driving continuous improvement
• Assist in planning and executing global events such as international congresses and promotional activities.
