Who you are
- 10-12+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS product management, with at least 6 years leading product teams in high-growth, fast-paced startups
- Demonstrated success in creating innovative and compelling software products or platforms that delight customers and generate significant revenue and market differentiation
- Expertise in employing product strategy, product sense and design thinking, to develop robust products. Experience working with AI/ML and Data Science techniques will be a plus
- Proven experience in building B2B (or B2C) SaaS products with a strong customer-centric approach. Experience building Ai/ML-enabled products will be a plus
- Extensive experience in defining, developing, and managing a product roadmap from concept to scale, while effectively collaborating across functions
- Position Location: This position is available in San Jose, CA. We operate as a hybrid company, with twice a week in-office days in our San Jose office location
What the job involves
- As the Head of Product for IVMS at AiDash, you will craft the vision and strategy for our key revenue-generating, flagship product: Intelligent Vegetation Management System (IVMS)
- Reporting to our VP of Product and working closely with our Co-Founder & Chief Product and Technology Officer, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution for this product portfolio
- Your role will involve a deep understanding of the enterprise SaaS go-to-market sales motion and a sharp eye for product positioning and packaging
- IVMS is a deep domain vertical SaaS product, and as the Head of Product for IVMS, you will collaborate cross-functionally (Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to create and roll out innovative products that blend AI-powered insights with simple and intuitive workflows
- Develop and drive product strategy by aligning company vision and goals with market insights, customer needs, and the latest AI/ML capabilities
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to growth, enabling large enterprises to optimize operations and enhance resiliency
- Strategize and collaborate with sales and product marketing teams on distribution and pricing
- Own the product roadmap and requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, effectively managing short-term and long-term trade-offs
- Define and drive key metrics around adoption and usage, partnering with customer success to gather and leverage customer feedback

The growing constellations of satellites delivering high definition earth imaging, along with advancements in AI, have spawned a flourishing business in ‘digital twins’ for global asset management. These digital data-compilation copies of on-the-ground locations can be used to help predict and mitigate the effects of climate disaster events - which cost the US billions of dollars each year.
AiDash’s various products help manage disaster, disruption and wildfires, as well as monitoring vegetation. The latter service, its original one, has a host of high-profile global clients, such as National Grid. The company's expansion into climate resilience demonstrates a keen awareness of both its tech's potential and the direction of the market - with environmental issues becoming even more of a hot topic in recent years.
The company has done well to prove its agility, which may well enable it to stay ahead of more specified rivals as they enter the scene. This includes companies like Kettle and Technosylva which operate in the predictive climate analytics space.
