- 2-4 years prior sales experience is required, preferably with channel partners as well

What the job involves
- Join our dynamic and growing sales organization as a Territory Account Manager, where you'll play a key role in driving revenue and building meaningful customer relationships
- In this role, you'll take full ownership of the sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying leads (inbound and outbound) to closing deals both directly with end user customers and indirectly through our wide network of channel partners.
- Proactively qualify leads (through BANT-C) and guide prospects through every stage of the sales cycle, from first contact to close and some light post-sale support
- Conceptualize and initiate targeted outbound outreach efforts, focusing on high-potential accounts that align with our ideal customer profile
- Work proactively with the appropriate channel partner sales reps and solutions engineers in your region to drive engagement and sales with our mutual prospects and customers through account mapping and outbound campaign initiatives
- Maintain pristine CRM hygiene to forecast accurately
- Educate prospects on the value and benefits of our full product suite
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging, strategy, and outreach for maximum impact
- Provide marketing and product teams with valuable feedback on what’s resonating with prospects — from messaging to feature requests — to help shape strategy and improvements
Our take
The accelerating shift to hybrid work necessitates an expansion in communication technologies - with video technology becoming a cornerstone of how remote and hybrid workforces maintain connectivity. While most video conferencing products have been exclusively software or hardware, Owl Labs supplies smart devices that combine the two.
The company's 360-degree panoramic cameras and surround-sound speakers provide real-life conferencing, while motion and voice-activated capacities focus attention on the speaker. Its main product, the Meeting Owl, is compatible with Zoom, Google Hangouts, Microsoft Teams, and other popular video conferencing platforms, and is used by more than 100,000 organizations around the world.
The company continues to develop its products, releasing the front-of-room video conferencing-based "Owl Bar" in 2023, which is the first device of its kind. Reports suggest that the 360-degree camera market could reach over 4.9 billion USD by 2030 and, with hybrid work here to stay, the popularity and unique offering indicate an exciting future ahead for Owl Labs.
