Role
Who you are
- Minimum 3-5 years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment with a proven track record of success, existing partner relationships
- Thorough understanding of the industry
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel 30 to 50% of the time
- Technology industry experience preferred
- Security and/or IAM sales experience is a plus
What the job involves
- Beyond Identity is currently looking for a talented and driven channel account manager to maintain and expand all our partner relationships within the East territory
- They will be responsible for supporting Beyond Identity’s ongoing sales and growth opportunities by providing channel sales support to a portfolio of assigned partners and customers
- Manage and Build Partner Relationships: Identify, onboard, and enable new and existing channel partners in the territory (U.S. & Canada)
- Provide Partner Training and Enablement: Conduct ongoing sales and SE training, business plan reviews, and sales rep alignment to ensure partner readiness
- Develop and Execute Territory Plans: Create and maintain detailed territory plans, with monthly pipeline reports to track progress and manage the channel pipeline
- Drive Partner and Sales KPIs: Develop, track, and report on partner and sales execution toward key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with channel leadership
- Oversee Deal Registration and Pipeline Management: Prioritize and coordinate deal registration among partners and the Beyond Identity sales team while managing the regional pipeline and advancing deals
- Manage Marketing Funds and Programs: Working with senior leadership for Sales & Marketing to execute partner marketing activities and launch channel incentives and SPIF programs
- Enhance Strategic Business Relationships: Define, deploy, and reassess quarterly business plans to deepen relationships with channel partners and drive incremental bookings growth
- Recruit and Develop Channel Partners: Execute strategies for recruiting new channel partners and managing key strategic partner relationships
- Support Strategic Business Initiatives: Collaborate with channel leadership on strategic initiatives, providing executive-level reporting and insights
- Participate in Marketing Events: Attend and represent Beyond Identity at seminars, trade shows, and other marketing events, including travel as necessary
- Stay Informed on Competitive Positioning: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Beyond Identity’s market positioning and competitive landscape

Remembering loads of different passwords can be difficult, which is why devices have begun to use biometrics instead. But to log in to many websites and apps, a password is still necessary - which is where Beyond Identity comes in.
Combining biometric technology with digital authority certification, Beyond Identity allows secure enclaves to grant access to not only a device but also the websites and apps used on that device. Its aim is to use this system to provide a password-free user experience that is not only seamless but more secure.
Its a valuable offering which has the company attract customers such as Snowflake, Roblox, Cloud Plus, and Paya Holding. It has also raised huge amounts of funding and demonstrated strong growth - in part fuelled by increasing demand from the shift to remote working. For now, Beyond Identity continues to expand operations and deliver new features such as "RealityCheck", which addresses AI deception in digital communications.
