Role
Who you are
- You have extensive experience with Vue.js, React or similar toolkits, and vast exposure to working with highly interactive web platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years experience as a frontend focused engineer
- You are a strong design and usability focused front-end engineer, and come with a with a strong portfolio that showcases skills in developing interactive applications
- Proficient in Typescript and Vue.js or similar (react is also fine)
- Solid understanding of responsive UX/UI design principles with an excellent attention to detail for product component design
- Obsessed about testing at different levels: unit-, integration- and end-to-end
- Previous background as a designer, or ex creative (by education or craft would be a huge plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
What the job involves
- As Product Engineer (Frontend), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products
- You will work within a cross-functional team, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to deliver high-quality and intuitive user interfaces
- You will work closely with the Head of Design, and focus on designing highly responsive and carefully crafted front-end experiences for our AI products
- Collaborate with the product and design team as a whole to translate product requirements into scalable and performant frontend solutions
- Develop responsive and user-friendly products, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience for our customers
- Implement and maintain frontend architecture, ensuring code modularity, reusability, and scalability
- Collaborate with QA engineers to implement and maintain automated testing processes
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in frontend technologies and bring innovative ideas to the team
- Contribute to the overall product roadmap by providing technical insights and recommendations

V7's Go platform can ingest documents, images and text and boil them down to AI-solvable steps. Alongside automating mundane tasks, the Go platform has a user interface that supports customised workflows - all with no code required. The company says that using only 100 human-annotated examples in its toolkit, it can label the rest of the training data autonomously. Although it found its first customers in medicine and health sciences, its product is being picked up by everyone from tech companies to asset managers and law firms.
With the launch of V7 Go, the company is taking a bold leap into business automation, making powerful AI easy for everyday users. Backed by big-name customers, strong accuracy results, and 2022's Series A investment round, V7 is very much ready to become a major player in the future of work.
