Partner Success Manager, Rula

• This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, utilizing data to identify opportunities, and creating solutions that positively impact our clients
• 5+ years working with external partners in account management, account delivery, or solutions consultants roles
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including but not limited to reviewing and manipulating data in Google sheets, Excel, or Looker to determine process improvement initiatives. Must have experience creating or pulling your own data
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills. Past experience communicating with external customers and executive stakeholders
• Organizational skills; ability to project manage priorities across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to gather “customer requirements”, work internally to determine what is available, and synthesize any actions needed for internal audiences
