Role
Who you are
- Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media
- One to two years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in content-driven businesses
- Familiarity with social media, the creator economy, influencer marketing, gaming, or digital media industries
- Experience building and managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and provide clear feedback
- Creativity and a deep understanding of content trends and audience engagement
- Analytical mindset with confidence in working with numbers and data-driven insights
- Bonus if experienced in gaming, UGC, consumer tech, or knowledgeable in digital marketing and audience growth strategies
What the job involves
- Creator Management: Onboard and support content creators aligned with Kovalee Kreator’s mission, fostering long-term relationships and serving as their main contact
- Program Development: Refine the Kreator Program to attract top talent, collaborate on improvements, and conduct performance reviews to boost engagement
- Social Media Management: Oversee content strategy for Instagram and TikTok, engage with the community, manage website updates, and ensure brand consistency across platforms
- Performance tracking and Data Analysis: Track key performance metrics, generate reports on content impact and program growth, and use insights to refine influencer strategies

Due to the continuing advances in technology, the demand and popularity of apps are ever-growing, with increased competition for app creators to stand out and attract new users becoming tougher.
