Who you are

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset: someone who builds systems, coaches teams and closes deals — not someone who just manages dashboards
10+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 5 years in sales leadership roles at a VC-backed scale-up
Proven track record scaling revenue exponentially
Strong knowledge of enterprise SaaS sales, bonus if experienced in AI, legaltech or fintech
Deep experience building and optimising sales compensation and pricing models
Comfortable working closely with founders, product teams and customers
Based in Belgium or United Kingdom with flexibility to travel around Europe
Fluent in English

LEGALFLY is scaling fast. Backed by top-tier investors and used by leading law firms and enterprises, our legal AI platform is transforming how legal services are delivered. We’re hiring a VP Sales to architect and lead our global commercial strategy
This is a foundational executive role. You'll be part of our leadership team, directly reporting to the CEO
Scale a global sales team: hire, coach and retain a high-performing sales team in Belgium, the UK and other key markets
Establish a performance-driven, collaborative sales culture rooted in accountability and learning
Develop scalable, data-driven sales processes from pipeline generation to closing
Implement systems that ensure predictable revenue growth and operational efficiency
Lead by example: be present in key client conversations and help close strategic deals
Design and evolve commission structures aligned with growth goals
Build pricing models that reflect the unique value of our LEGALFLY solutions
Partner with other teams to align GTM efforts across the company
Act as the commercial voice in the leadership team and contribute to strategic planning
Report on performance and growth strategies to the board and investors
