Role
Who you are
- Customer-oriented and performance-driven mind-set
- Good understanding and experience of delivery methodologies, certification in Project Management e.g. PMI, Prince2 (waterfall and/or agile) is a plus
- 3+ years working as a Customer facing Project Manager where you have successfully delivered multiple projects
- Experience in the field of Enterprise Information Management (EIM) and/or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and effective verbal and written communication skills. Confident working with Project Teams both internal and external
- Ability to provide accurate capacity forecasts against individual projects and resources
- Willingness to travel on site for exciting customer projects
- Fluency in Dutch and English, German is a plus

- In this role as a Project Manager you are responsible for leading consulting and implementation projects for our well-known customers in the rapidly growing enterprise software market
- This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on- project management skills
- Identification and prioritization of customer requirements
- Engage, lead and motivate the project team
- Coordinate project resources and contractor resources for project work
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication
- Managing risks, raising issues where needed and creating sensitivity towards timely identification & resolution of problems
- Serve as a point of escalation, managing the escalation through resource assignments coordination between the different Open Text and customer departments/teams
- Facilitate effective communications at all levels between the customer and other departments within OpenText
