Role
Who you are
- 8+ years of experience in Treasury, liquidity management, or capital markets within a broker-dealer or financial institution
- Comprehensive knowledge of US Equities and options, with a strong command of margin requirements and broker dealer capital and customer protection rules (FINRA Rule 4210; SEC Rules15c3-1 and 15c3-3)
- Strong interest in cryptocurrency and predictive markets, with a focus on market structure, liquidity, and price dynamics
- Strong track record of end-to-end ownership, and disciplined execution under high-pressure, high impact environments
- Drive transparency, accountability, and responsiveness across all responsibilities
- Experience using SQL and visualization tools (Tableau, Looker), with a focus on applying AI technologies to improve efficiency and scalability of financial workflows
- SIE, Series 99, and/or Series 7
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
What the job involves
- Scalable Planning: Develop risk based modeling and safety rails to manage 24/7 liquidity and capital requirements related to margin, options, predictive markets and digital assets
- Liquidity & Capital Optimization: Efficiently manage liquidity and capital across requirements, including clearing requirements, ensuring optimal buffers during high-volume periods
- Cross-Product Funding & Integration: Enhancing treasury infrastructure and liquidity access to support equities, options, margin, predictive markets and digital asset initiatives
- Independent Project Ownership: Lead the execution of critical initiatives, from establishing funding strategies to optimizing liquidity and capital management, with full ownership from start to finish
- Advance Data Strategy: Build and enhance predictive liquidity modeling, streamline data reconciliation processes, and provide real-time visibility into DriveWealth's financial health
