B2B Content Marketing Lead, Resourcify

• Have 5-7 years of experience in B2B content marketing with at least 2-3 years as a content marketing lead ( we will also consider strong B2C content leaders with applicable skills or experience)
• Have strong content leadership experience with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. We are looking for a content leader with proven experience growing a content machine to create a sales engine as well as up-level the brand and expertise within a given industry
• Have worked in a fast-paced environment, like a start-up, before (preferably B2B). This role is both fast-paced and a high workload due to the nature of our business
• Have produced leading content pieces in the past (reports, whitepapers, etc.) and have worked across the business to produce insights that can be driven through a content machine
• Have experience creating content for a world class B2B Content Machine
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally

• You are responsible for bringing our brand, content, and digital experience to life by driving and steering a first class content engine for Resourcify
• You will apply your content marketing expertise to bring the topics of Circularity, Waste Management, Sustainability, and Recycling to life
• You will work to raise the awareness of Resourcify as well as both write & lead content for our: website, videos, reports, whitepapers, etc. Moreover, you will make sure that Resourcify rises to the next level of awareness through content marketing
• You will work closely together with the Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Teams to develop a multi-channel content strategy with a focus on raising awareness of Resourcify throughout Europe
• Focus on signature content pieces that propel the discussions around Circularity, Sustainability, Recycling, and Waste Management throughout our industry and the wider community
• Plan, coordinate and create relevant content and formats for B2B lead generation, thought leadership and brand awareness (reports, articles, webinars, guides, case studies, etc.)
• Drive the execution of SEO strategy (website, landing pages, blog)
• Drive the creation of key content for lifecycle nurturing campaigns and also for ABM ( Account Based Marketing)
• Drive content for sales presentations, event presentations, and key conferences
• Lead other content managers ( either freelance or full time) to execute the content strategy in alignment with the content calendar and needs of the business
