What the job involves

The Manager, Risk, Disputes at 8am serves a key role in ensuring our Dispute Defense team is consistently achieving positive results for our clients and keeping our company’s exposure to chargeback risk and fraud low
Manages and monitors the Dispute Defense team in order to uphold our excellent client service
Works with our clients to help them dispute chargebacks
Performs collections when our customer loses a chargeback case
Ensure all chargeback responses are submitted within industry timeframes
Manage workload of the team
Reporting on win percentages
Helps the team monitor chargeback ratios and manage chargeback reduction plans
Collaborative work with our processing partners on vision and process alignment
Focus on evolving processes and eliminating manual workflows
