Staff Product Manager, Docker

• 8+ years of product management experience with 3+ years at Staff level or above
• Proven track record building and scaling platform products that enable other product teams at high-growth technology companies
• Experience working across multi-domain platform strategy across areas like billing, identity, infrastructure, or data systems
• Ability to become a subject matter expert quickly across technical domains and serve as trusted advisor to product teams
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence without authority across product organizations
• Strategic thinking with ability to balance long-term platform vision with near-term product team needs and business objectives
• Deep understanding of platform product management including shared services, internal platforms, and enabling systems for product development
• Experience with enterprise platform systems such as billing platforms, identity and access management (IAM), entitlements, or multi-tenancy architectures
• Strong technical acumen with ability to engage in architectural discussions and evaluate technical trade-offs for platform decisions
• Knowledge of SaaS platform patterns including API design, service-oriented architecture, event-driven systems, and platform observability

• Experience with platform adoption and enablement including developer experience, documentation, and internal customer success
