Sr Data Analyst, Allbirds

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics)
• 5+ years of experience working as a data analyst, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
• Have a solid understanding of foundational advertising P&L concepts, including diminishing/marginal returns, elasticity, and incrementality
• Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries to extract and manipulate data
• Proficiency in Python/R for data analysis, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib
• Experience working with large datasets and performing statistical analysis
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate level experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker
• Ability to think in terms of creating data products in collaboration with engineers that have staying power in terms of useability and adoption

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at Allbirds. Reporting directly to the Director of Analytics, the Senior Data Analyst will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Proactively identify trends and patterns in data to inform strategic decision-making
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support various departments, including marketing, product development, and supply chain
• Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from our databases efficiently
• Utilize Python to analyze large datasets and develop data-driven insights to support business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to solve business challenges
• Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
