Role
Who you are
- Bachelor degree from a 4-year institution, preferably majoring in business, statistics, data analytics, and economics
- 1-2 years of experience buying/trading within digital/programmatic buying platforms (DSP’s, etc.)
- 1-3 years in post-sales account management/client relationship support roles, including C-level interactions
- 1-3 years in project management
- Experience working with performance-minded clients (Brands and/or Agencies), with a focus on optimizing for business outcomes such as CPA, CAC, & ROAS
- Solid understanding of Streaming TV buying and overall landscape, bonus for Linear
- Ability to clearly communicate technical terms and concepts
- Great presentation and listening skills—you come prepared to every meeting
- You’re at ease holding a conversation with an engineer or marketing manager. You’re not a salesperson
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Bonus: understanding of TV and digital marketing (i.e. SEM, FB), advanced Excel skills, advanced data visualization abilities
- Come into the office 2x per week (and potentially 3x per week in the future)
What the job involves
- Tatari is expanding and we’re looking for a Client Services Manager to join the Growth team
- The Growth team at Tatari is responsible for managing and executing TV campaigns (primarily programmatic) for SMB clients at Tatar
- As such, you will be responsible for a set number of clients within Tatari’s ever-growing portfolio and work cross-departmental to ensure that client needs are met with the most superior management skills
- Manage post-sales relationships for SMB and strategic client accounts as the primary contact and trusted advisor
- Hands-on media planning, execution and optimization within Tatari’s buying platform across Linear & Streaming TV
- Listen to clients needs, as well as identifying unknown or unmet needs
- Become an expert of all-things Tatari (buying, reporting, proprietary measurement, etc.) and leverage internal subject matter experts (Engineering, Data Science, etc.) to help clients prioritize and solve problems
- Guide clients through their TV advertising campaign, with a focus on buying/optimization for business outcomes (CPA, CAC, & ROAS), education across key concepts and strategies, and training on Tatari’s platform
- Participate, actively engage, and be the expert voice on TV in client meetings
- Spend a lot of time with clients (up to 20% travel) and building relationships with C-level executives

Television advertising has changed dramatically since it first began, with advertisement campaigns growing in scale, having increasingly large budgets, and migrating to modern alternatives such as CTV. Despite these increased demands, television advertising remains antiquated relative to the modern data-driven campaigns of mobile platform ads, presenting opportunities for innovations within the industry.
Tatari provides a TV and CTV advertisement data and analytics platform, helping clients to future-proof their advertisement campaigns through real-time data-driven approaches. The company achieves this by providing a dashboard for analyzing the success of campaigns, facilitating data-driven media buying, and managing on-demand CTV campaign changes, ultimately aiming to digitize the TV advertisement process.
Whilst it is undeniable that Tatari faces competition from providers of TV advertisement analytic platforms, media buying platforms, and other data-driven solutions, it has been smart to unify such tools into an all-in-one digital TV advertisement management dashboard. The company shows great potential to help clients future-proof the way they run TV ads, and has been busy expanding its product suite and licensing portfolio through 2022 and 2023.
