Finance Manager, Vitesse

• Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA preferred)
• Experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Financial Accountant, looking to step up, within a complex business
• A clear focus on being a change agent—implementing finance systems, improving integrations, automating manual processes, and challenging the status quo rather than maintaining existing processes
• Regular interaction with external audit teams, leading audits and statutory reporting
• Strong intercompany accounting experience across multiple legal entities
• Experience preparing consolidated accounts
• Knowledge of multi-currency accounting
• Experience implementing or improving finance systems
• Demonstrable experience automating finance processes and improving operational efficiency
• Strong understanding of financial controls and governance
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and departments
• Advanced Excel skills with strong systems capability

• Financial Management:
• Lead the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Prepare consolidated management accounts across multiple entities and currencies
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and maintain a strong financial control environment
• Support statutory reporting and external audits
• Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations and settlements across the Group
• Ensure transfer pricing processes are accurately reflected within the finance function
• Support treasury and cash management activities where required
• Finance Transformation & Process Improvement:
• Drive automation across finance processes to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy – partner with other departments to help drive this change
• Lead finance systems implementation and optimisation projects
• Improve integration between finance systems and wider business platforms, ensuring systems communicate effectively and data flows seamlessly
• Identify inefficient processes, challenge existing practices and implement scalable improvements
• Develop reporting dashboards and automated workflows to provide greater insight and efficiency
• Build strong relationships across Finance, Technology and Operations
