Junior Product Manager, EQL

• Infoshare is EQL's government-facing product, used to digitise and support the health assessment process for benefit applicants in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions.
• We're looking for a Junior Product Manager to own the day-to-day product work on Infoshare. Someone who is organised, curious, and genuinely motivated by building software that improves real people's lives
• You care about getting things right. You can write and communicate clearly and precisely: requirements, documentation, and communications to non-technical stakeholders.
• You're comfortable sitting in the gap between engineering and the outside world and making sure nothing falls through.
• You're curious about how government and public sector technology works.

Desirable

• Working directly with the Head of Product and engineering team to define, scope, and prioritise product improvements.
• Writing clear requirement documentation and problem briefs that engineers can act on.
• Supporting user research and feeding insights back into the product
• Participating in UAT and release testing.
• Helping maintain documentation, release notes, and training materials for government stakeholders.
• Managing a live product backlog on a contract where quality and reliability matter.
