- We are looking for candidates interested in a hybrid role that allows collaboration with Analysts, Analytics Engineers, and Developers

- The right candidate for this role will have a deep passion for data and analytics, along with hands-on experience in handling and interpreting data
- They will have a proven track record of collaborating and leading technical experts, such as Developers, Engineers, and Data Analysts through the Product Development lifecycle
- Experience defining and executing a comprehensive product roadmap that addresses the evolving needs of a client and aligns with their long-term business objectives
- Experience of running agile ceremonies and refining the JIRA backlog
- Experience designing and building highly data products and have an understanding of traditional and advanced analytics modelling
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects, whilst providing thought leadership and staying up to date with emerging technologies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communicator with exceptional negotiation skills
- You can effectively communicate complex, often technical, topics to a wide range of audiences, both client-facing and internal
- You produce high-quality project artifacts and are adept at delivering Steering Committee-style presentations
- Experience managing the financial aspects of product management, including budgeting, resource allocation, and forecasting
Desirable
- Strong experience managing a prioritised backlog of development activities, clearly defining product requirements and acceptance criteria’s
- Experience leading ad-hoc pieces of analysis work to better understand client requirements
- Line Management experience
- Experience working with data scientists and data engineers to productionise traditional and/or advanced analytics models
- Experience managing ML/AI product development
- Experience in a business or data analyst role
- Experience building products with Azure services
- Familiarity with data pipelines, warehouses and ETL processes
- Proficiency with SQL and experience working with databases
- A Product or Project Management qualification

- As we work together to scale up QuantSpark and support our new and existing clients in their own analytics transformation journey we’re seeking talent individuals to join our team!
- As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the product roadmap and leading the implementation of the product vision in collaboration with client stakeholders and your delivery team
- With your extensive consulting experience and expertise in shipping successful products, you will break down strategic aims into smaller development tasks and activities
- Your strong written and verbal communication skills will be critical as you work closely with our clients on a day-to-day basis and present to senior stakeholders both internally and externally
- You'll excel in explaining complex concepts to a range of business stakeholders, combining your technical orientation with effective communication skills
- While our products cover a wide range of topics, they are predominantly centred around data science and analytics capabilities across various industries, including financial services, retail and SaaS
- Managing internal stakeholders (CEO, Account Manager, Head of Engineering, Product & Analytics for resourcing and skills requirements)
- Gather client requirements to define the product roadmap, working with your development team to scope out delivery of workstreams and pricing up workstreams
- Gathering User Requirements for improvements to the dashboards and product functionality
- Uses a combination of their understanding of software development concepts, data analytics, product management frameworks and strategic thinking to translate complex data concepts into actionable product features
- Managing the onboarding of new users as the product is scaled across global regions
- Working with Data Scientists to create analysis decks of model performance
