Who you are
- 5- 10 years of product marketing experience within enterprise software, with a track record of strong performance and career progression
- Strong writing skills and the ability to craft engaging content and collateral that articulates the value of our product, as well as synthesize complex information into clear, concise presentations and plans. ** Since writing skills are so critical to this role, we may ask for some writing samples during the interview process
- Deep experience working in Enterprise / B2B Software, AI, or Data and Analytics solutions
- Experience being part of a best in class product marketing function from early stage, ideally through the scaling stage to driving the delivery of a successful solution
- Highly organized, execution-focused, and operationally rigorous
- Superb verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Enthusiasm for a fast-growing, fast-changing, start-up environments
- Highly focused on metrics and KPI-based performance
- You can think big, strategically, and creatively
- You have the ability to create comprehensive product marketing plans and successfully execute against a defined set of KPIs

What the job involves
- Craft is looking for a Sr Product Marketing Manager, with experience taking Enterprise SaaS solutions to market, ideally supply chain related or risk management solutions
- This individual will be responsible for all aspects of product marketing including; market opportunities and requirements, messaging, positioning, product collateral and videos, customer case studies, sales enablement, demos, competitive analysis, pricing, packaging, and interacting with analysts, press, customers, and partners
- This individual will collaborate with the Product team around product launches and future product direction and with the Sales team on demand generation, product positioning/messaging, go-to-market strategies, customer journey and sales enablement
- They will help define and execute demand generation/awareness campaigns in partnership with the Growth/Digital Marketing team
- We’re looking for out of the box thinkers who are passionate about building and delivering next generation software/cloud services that will push the boundaries on what is possible to empower sustainable, ethical, and resilient global supply chains
- Evangelist: Be an evangelist with customers, partners, the press, and industry analysts
- Strategy & Execution: Own strategy and hands-on execution for product marketing for a fast-growing enterprise software / AI application company building at the cutting-edge of Supply Chain Resilience
- Process Excellence: Help instantiate best-in-class product marketing process and best practices including how we measure success
- Partnerships: Develop unique and differentiated go-to-market strategies, including direct sales, distribution channels, and other strategic partnerships
- Competitive intel: Research and stay up to speed on the competitive landscape and overall market + provide insight surrounding battlecards, objection handling, and other sales enablement content
- GTM enablement: Create go-to-market collateral including: persona based messaging, case studies, demo/product videos, messaging, price-packaging, sales playbooks related to new product launches, and feature releases within the Craft platform
- Analyst Relationships: Help create and maintain analyst relations and strategically engage with analysts

Maintaining a seamless supply chain is essential to the success of most businesses, with procurement teams being responsible for sourcing new suppliers, analyzing inventory data, and generating forecasts. However, analyzing such data requires the repetitive and specialist work of data engineers for both parties, making the sourcing process time-consuming.
Craft.co provides a procurement and supply chain analytics platform, integrating with other supply chain platforms to track inventories and produce forecasts. The platform allows users to save and organize thousands of suppliers in a portfolio, and source new suppliers in minutes based on over 450 data points, leveraging automatic insights to assess for risk and ensure requirements are met.
The main challenge Craft.co will face is the range of AI-driven supply chain analytics platforms appearing on the market, but the company uniquely combines such technology with a real-time analytics-driven procurement marketplace. Furthermore, Craft.co's 2023 round of funding will help it to rocket-boost its new focus on analytic, cloud-based collaboration, and management workflow capabilities.
