What the job involves
- We’re looking for a talented individual to join the payment solutions team
- Here you will play a big role in the onboarding and management of new payment service providers and diversifying the payment methods we offer to our customers
- This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure across a number of departments as customer payments hold a vital place in our growth and success
- Generating and analysing expecting funds reports from our payment service providers. Ensuring their data is accurate for effective payment reconciliations
- Monitoring the fees we pay to our payment service providers to ensure that the correct rates are being applied
- Review invoices to ensure the correct charges are being applied
- Matching monthly balance statements to reconcile payments processed by multiple providers
- Accurately generate regulatory reports on a daily basis
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the accuracy of reporting data. Identify and rectify any issues
- Support requests from internal teams for report generation and analysis
- Supporting the evaluation and onboarding of new payment providers including not not limited to:
- Facilitating Non-Disclosure agreement conversations
- Completing due diligence assessments of payments providers
- Facilitating contract discussions between parties
- Working alongside development to ensure the smooth release of new payment products
- Support the management of payment provider relationships
- Generate and deliver business reviews with PSPs
- Coordinate with internal teams and support in the escalation of issues with PSPs
- Support user management in PSP platforms
