Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role (internship, apprenticeship, or first job)
- Customer-facing experience and ability to work under pressure to meet targets
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Active listening and proactive mindset
- Ambitious, resilient, and goal-oriented
- Organized, detail-oriented, and confident in building relationships
What the job involves
- You'll develop and execute prospecting strategies (outbound) to generate business opportunities
- Conduct targeted market research based on the company strategy (ICP, Value Selling, Focus Account Strategy)
- Identify and qualify prospects according to defined criteria
- Schedule and lead discovery meetings
- Understand prospects' needs and challenges
- Demonstrate the added value of our services
- Participate in initial customer demos with the Account Executive (AE) to enhance the sales pitch
- Ensure smooth and effective lead transfer to AEs
- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm, Friday from 9 am to 3 pm

Lengow was built to solve difficulties faced by e-merchants who had to undertake the tedious process of setting up and selling products on a variety of different marketplaces and online channels.
