Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- MBA/MS is a plus
- 8+ years of experience in Sales and/or Revenue Operations with a focus on B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
- Strong proficiency in analyzing data to inform decisions and strategies; advanced knowledge of Excel and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Experience scaling sales operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and large-account selling
- Knowledge of GTM strategies for AI/ML or similar technical industries
What the job involves
- We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Sales Operations Manager to lead and scale our Sales Operations function
- Reporting directly to our Head of Sales, you will partner closely with leadership, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to optimize our go-to-market strategy and operational efficiency
- You are an experienced professional with a strong background in B2B SaaS and a proven track record of empowering and enabling high-performance sales organizations
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and revenue targets
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and implement solutions to drive productivity and effectiveness
- GTM Support: Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment across GTM initiatives and successful execution
- Sales Forecasting: Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Data Management & Analytics: Oversee CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports to track KPIs, sales performance, and market trends
- Enablement: Design and deliver tools, resources, and training programs that enhance the performance of the sales team
- Territory & Quota Management: Define and manage territory assignments and quota-setting processes to support equitable and efficient sales coverage
- Technology Stack Management: Evaluate and implement sales technologies that streamline operations and improve team performance
