What the job involves
- You will be working closely with prospects and customers to understand their applications and environment, assist with product integrations, and ensure a smooth onboarding and installation process.
- You will act as a relationship manager between clients and Mindgard’s internal teams, providing clear communication and alignment with customer goals to ensure Proof of Value criteria is met.
- You will provide technical troubleshooting and support during the onboarding and installation period, and solving customer technical issues in a timely manner.
- You will act as the trusted advisor to our customers for successful product adoption and use.
- You will collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to ensure new features and enhancements to the product are aligned with customer goals.
- You will drive best practices, integration guides and technical solutions to optimize the customer engagement process.
- You will maintain a process-oriented approach with attention to detail, optimizing onboarding workflows and tracking successful go-live implementations.

Mindgard is a deep tech spin-out from Lancaster University, and the team comprises of world-leading scientists and engineers in cyber security & AI systems. It's already being used by key intelligence organisations globally, and the company successfully raised funding in 2024.
