Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate has a proven track record in high-growth SaaS account management, consistently exceeding quota, and ranking among the top performers
- Experience managing mid-market accounts and selling SaaS solutions to financial institutions – particularly credit unions – is highly preferred
- 3+ years selling technology into financial institutions, with a preference toward experience in mid-market credit unions
- Exceptional communication skills across phone, email, virtual, and in-person channels
- A dynamic team player who thrives on solving problems and quickly turning insights into action
- Driven, ambitious, and unstoppable, with a competitive spirit that fuels success and exceeds goals
- Ability to travel approximately 50% each quarter
What the job involves
- Eltropy is seeking a Mid-Market Account Manager to drive growth and deliver exceptional results for our existing credit union clients in the Western / Central / Eastern regions in the United States
- In this role, you will be responsible for expanding revenue within your assigned book of business through upsell and cross-sell opportunities, while developing and managing executive-level relationships
- You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by strategically introducing Eltropy's expanding product portfolio to existing customers and solidifying Eltropy's position as a preferred, trusted vendor
- Drive expansion revenue within the assigned territory by consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Manage the territory through strategic account planning and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Cultivate and enhance executive-level relationships to identify and advance opportunities
- Ensure customer success by collaborating cross-functionally with Eltropy teams for smooth implementation
- Develop deep industry expertise in financial services, monitor market trends, and strengthen Eltropy's market position through thought leadership and industry event presence
- Advance deals through the full sales cycle, from discovery to close, and negotiate complex contracts with multiple stakeholders
