Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., TAM, Solutions Engineer) managing key stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages; able to read code and discuss technical concepts confidently with both developers and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail, especially in written communication (please submit a cover letter—we read them!)
- Experience implementing SAML for authentication and SCIM for user provisioning
- Project management expertise; skilled at driving internal and external partners to meet deadlines
- Solid foundation in IT infrastructure, governance, and business process management
- A creative approach to understanding customer requirements and implementing solutions, including change management and technical engagements
What the job involves
- Our Technical Account Management team helps customers find clarity in their work and get results with Asana
- Build and lead the technical relationships with Asana’s strategic enterprise customers, earning trust and fostering long-term partnerships
- Provide technical guidance on custom integrations, helping customers identify and mitigate risks in their technical approaches, and encourage new feature adoption through betas and pilots
- Support customers throughout their lifecycle, rapidly resolving critical technical issues and coordinating cross-functional efforts to tackle complex problems
- Offer early feedback to engineering and product teams to shape future products
