Who you are
- Experience in recruitment, sales coordination, or high-volume follow-up roles
- Experience working with funnels, lead tracking, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM systems
- Comfortable handling WhatsApp-based communication at scale
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Strong follow-up discipline (no leads left behind)
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking KPIs
- Clear written and spoken communication in Spanish and English
- Comfortable using tools like Google Drive, WhatsApp Business, Calendly, Slack
- Strong ability to detect patterns in candidate drop-off paired with an analytical mindset
What the job involves
- We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to support our Growth team in Miami.
- This person will own the full recruitment funnel for our advisor sales organization, from first contact to onboarding, ensuring fast follow-up, high conversion, and strong activation of new hires.
- This is a high-volume, high-velocity role where your follow-through directly drives how quickly we grow our advisor network
- Engage inbound candidates across WhatsApp, SMS, phone, and Google Forms,
- Book candidates into training quickly and keep momentum through the funnel
- Monitor training attendance, follow up with no-shows, and re-engage inactive leads
- Manage advisor contracting (1099/W2 equivalent process) and onboarding logistics
- Ensure new hires complete setup in Team App, TalentLMS, and Boards
- Track funnel performance and report weekly on key metrics
- Gather feedback from candidates who decline to refine our outreach and positioning
- Proactively recruit in target regions when pipeline needs a boost
- Maintain structured tracking in Google Sheets
