Who you are

Experience in the customer analytics domain with a demonstrable track record in influencing and delivering business impact using data
Experience in line management and/or mentoring more junior colleagues
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
A good working knowledge of SQL, including experience in data blending and manipulation
Experience working in a big-data environment with large, complex, and variously sourced data set
A highly numerate and analytical mindset focused on the customer and the commercial benefits of making change
Master knowledge of MS Office Suite

Our Digital Marketing Division are now seeking a talented Analytics and Insights Manager - Luxury & Fashion to join the team
Reporting into: Marketing Insights Director
Contract Type: Maternity Cover
Manage a team focused on customer analysis, customer segmentation and digital insights
Influence your stakeholders in discussing, suggesting and establishing the most important and relevant KPI sharing regular reporting and insights with the organization
Guide decision-making by providing detailed, action-orientated insights, continuously highlighting potential opportunities and risks
Communicate insights, both verbally and via documentation, in the most suitable, comprehensible and impactful way for your stakeholders
Take a leading role in trade conversation, championing best practices, challenging the status quo, and advocating the use of data in decision-making
Contribute to the planning and forecasting of digital and customer distribution
