Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in a business analyst, revenue operations, or similar data-focused role, preferably at a consultancy or tech-driven environment
- Proficient with core business tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and Sigma, with the ability to build reports, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Naturally analytical and curious—constantly asking “why” and “how” to uncover root causes and drive smarter decision-making
- Relentlessly focused on efficiency and optimization; always looking for ways to improve processes, tools, and workflows
- Views the role as a continuous work in progress, with a mindset geared toward iteration and operational excellence
- Confident and proactive—comfortable stepping into conversations with senior leaders and voicing informed perspectives
- Must be able to join us in our SoHo office 2x a week

- OpenWeb is dedicated to empowering publishers with innovative solutions that drive engagement and foster thriving communities. As a Business Analyst focusing on RevOps, you’ll contribute to the data and reporting efforts that support our commercial organization
- In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional partners in Finance, Sales, and Data to support accurate pipeline forecasting, enable real-time revenue visibility, and improve operational workflows—particularly within Salesforce and other core business tools
- Manage the company’s tech stack, including procurement while acting as a point of contact (POC) for tools and platforms
- Bridge communication and collaboration between commercial teams and finance to drive alignment and support business objectives
- Partner with the Data team to ensure real-time revenue data flows into Salesforce and manage its administration to maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline
- Perform pipeline forecasting and analysis, delivering bi-weekly summary reports to cross-functional teams and senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making
- Support board-level reporting and contribute to content for OKRs and company-wide updates
- Champion continuous process improvement—constantly seeking ways to optimize reporting, workflows, and pipeline efficiency
- Assist the finance team with commission planning and forecasting
- Respond to ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from sales leadership

Audience engagement through comment sections is hugely important to the traffic of online publishers. However, this engagement usually happens on various social media platforms as opposed to the online publishing website itself.
OpenWeb provides online engagement platforms that enable publishers to bring the power of social media to their own websites. These discussion tools help increase the amount of time users spend on the actual website, as opposed to commenting on content through external social media sites.
Social media platforms such as Facebook already provide similar tools that embed comment sections on online publishing websites. However, Openweb designs its tools to facilitate productive discussion, filtering out toxic commentary and favoring high-quality comments.
Currently, OpenWeb works with more than 3,000 publishers, such as Forbes, Newsweek and Refinery29, and hosts 120 million monthly active users. Despite leadership disputes in 2024, the company continues to expand its global presence and is working on strategic acquisitions to further enhance its product offerings.
