Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or financial services
- Strong understanding of financial processes, GAAP, and regulatory requirements for public companies
- Experience with financial systems, tax calculations, ERP implementations, and data analytics tools
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with diverse teams

What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our efforts in streamlining financial processes, ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating with operations and other cross functional teams to deliver outcomes related to audit
- This role is critical in coordinating with various teams to build robust systems and integrations across products that support our financial operations and compliance requirements
- Develop and execute the product strategy for financial systems, aligning with the company's long-term goals
- Collaborate closely with Finance, FP&A, Audit, Operations, Revenue and Legal teams to identify process gaps and implement solutions that enhance financial accuracy and efficiency
- Lead the development of automated reconciliation tools and processes to ensure the integrity of financial data across all systems
- Oversee the design and implementation of internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Work with Engineering teams to build and improve financial reporting systems, focusing on scalability and accuracy
- Manage the product roadmap for finance-related tools, prioritizing features that support audit readiness and financial transparency
- Coordinate with external auditors to understand and address their requirements in our financial systems
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of financial processes and systems
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial management and reporting
