• As Marqeta's Group Product Manager, you'll join the Risk, Fraud and Disputes Team and own the entire Risk Decisioning Product suite for Marqeta
• As a Senior Product Leader, you will be in charge of challenging the status quo and creating a revolutionary suite of fraud management products at Marqeta
• You will strike the right balance between stopping fraud while protecting legitimate transactions
• You will be an experienced AI leader with a deep understanding of AI and fraud product development
• You will partner with a diverse set of teams including engineering, data scientists, risk operations, legal, GTM and marketing
• Define and execute a clear, actionable strategy that aligns with the company’s overall growth objectives
• Lead and inspire others with a compelling product vision and roadmap, driving alignment and seeking consensus among leadership, peers, and teams
• Deeply understand fraud and risk for issuers to identify impact of initiatives or features across the platform. This includes understanding of the competitive landscape, AI-based fraud tools, rules-based fraud engines and strong customer authentication tools
• Develop AI-powered products and features that directly address customer pain points and drive business outcomes. Work cross functionally to ensure customer success
• Own the complete P&L for your suite of products and drive business/product/operational changes keeping financial outcomes top of mind
• Represent Marqeta in industry fairs as thought leader in fraud and risk management for Issuers. Be an expert on the trends in everything from fraud and risk in prepaid, debit, credit, ACH and other emerging payments options
• Collaborate across customer-facing and technical teams to collect inputs for prioritization of features, including value, effort, usability, and priority
• Create well-defined Product Requirement Documents focusing on customer and business value and defining metrics to quantify success
• Deliver customer value iteratively, managing products through various launch phases and follow-on releases
• Act as technical advisor to educate and evangelize feature(s) with customers via meetings, presentations, and other forums
• Collaborate with go-to-market partners to develop product collateral, presentations, trainings, and other tools to bring products to customers and prospects
• Bring context to the team and organization on the industry and customer life cycle
