Who you are

Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and/or equivalent work experience, in Finance, Business, or a related field
Master’s degree or MBA (Preferred)
Experience in Technology Investment Banking, preferably in Software (3+ years with Bachelor's degree, 1+ years with MBA)
Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products, with a preference to experience in Software
Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team player and self-starter

What the job involves

Provides support to senior bankers
Develop client presentation materials, including all background research, analysis and drafting
Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis
Performing detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analysis
Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations
Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies
