Who you are
- You love to work with customers and understand their needs

- We are a close-knit team that values solution-oriented people who are passionate about what TourRadar does and about making sure our customers gain the full benefit of what we have to offer
- By providing excellent support to all those within our ecosystem, we ensure that TourRadar remains best in class in the multi-day adventure industry
- All our bookings occur online, so you will be responsible for chatting with travelers via phone, live chat and email
- Supporting and moving customers down the sales funnel who have either found a specific tour on TourRadar.com or are undecided between a number of options
- Answering customer questions and providing information in a professional manner
- Making sure the customers’ questions are answered promptly and accurately. If you can’t find the answers, you will need to think fast and be resourceful to find the right response
- Handling booking cancellations, changes, payment issues, and adjustments
Our take
Finding the best tours when traveling can be tough, with an enormous amount of marketplaces and conflicting information making the process overwhelming. Whilst comparison sites exist for single-day tours to help make the booking process easier, no such solution has currently arisen for multi-day adventure experiences.
TourRadar provides an online multi-day tour comparison marketplace, partnering with tour providers and marketplaces to list a variety of multi-day adventure experiences such as hikes, safaris, festivals, and sailing trips. The marketplace includes a variety of booking customization features such as a 'create your own' adventure option, as well as offering sustainable travel guidance and 24/7 customer service.
Whilst the company will face significant competition from travel marketplace giants such as Kiwi and Tripadvisor, TourRadar has been wise to find its niche in multi-day tours and experiences. Through its user-friendly customization and comparison features, the company aims to reduce the logistical complexity of booking multi-day tours and increase access to lesser-known experiences.
