Role
Who you are
- If you know Dutch labor law inside out, enjoy translating policies into practice, and want to support managers in their People challenges, we’d love to meet you!
- 2-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, or in a similar role where you led projects and coached managers
- Deep knowledge of Dutch labor law and experience with collective labor agreements
- You’re proactive and see opportunities instead of obstacles, but you also know when to ask for help
- Strong organizational skills- you can juggle multiple topics without dropping the ball
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
What the job involves
- To support our teams in Sales, Operations, and Installations, we’re looking for a People Business Partner who thrives on keeping our people engaged and supported
- Be the go-to person for anything related to our people - whether it’s performance management, health and well-being, benefits, or company policies
- Partner with Learning & Development to manage the Employee Performance Cycle, helping our people develop and thrive
- Own our employee engagement survey - get the feedback, analyze it, and turn it into real actions that improve our workplace
- Stay on top of Dutch Labor Law and Collective Labor Agreement changes, ensuring we’re always compliant and making updates as needed
- Work alongside managers in Sales, Operations, and Installations, giving them practical HR support and helping them navigate any people-related matters
- Support employees and managers with topics such as promotions, performance issues, and anything else that might come up. You’ll provide the guidance they need to move forward
- A full-time position for 32-40 hours
