- Strategic Thinking: A proactive approach to identifying financial opportunities and challenges, with a focus on driving business success

- Experience: 3+ PQE in financial management, with demonstrated experience in global financial reporting, AP/AR management, and financial controls
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with international finance regulations and best practices
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Netsiute financial management software and tools, with a focus on automation and scalabiliy
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is required

- Track record of successfully implementing and managing financial technology solutions
- Strong knowledge of UK and international accounting standards
What the job involves
- As our Financial Controller at AutogenAI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing the company’s financial operations globally
- You will be responsible for leading financial reporting, managing the finance tech stack, and ensuring robust accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and financial controls
- This role offers the opportunity to influence financial strategy and work closely with teams across the business
- You’ll report directly into our CFO
- Global Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across all international operations, aligning with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Finance Tech Stack Management: Oversee and optimize financial systems and tools, ensuring they effectively support business needs and scalability
- Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage AP and AR processes to maintain efficient cash flow and accurate record-keeping
- Financial Controls: Design, implement, and maintain rigorous financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and other departments to align financial operations with strategic goals

Not only is the cost of writing talents' time an issue, it's also a constant worry to ensure that everyone is putting their best foot forward at all times adhering to the company's style guide, and the cost of miscommunications and errors in both internal and external communications is being minimised.
Utilising the latest advances in natural language processing, AutogenAI seeks to replace manually-generated content with text generated by its General Language Engine, also known as Genny-1. Its multi-disciplinary team works with clients to understand their needs, collates existing text to fine tune its model to that company's voice, then deploys Genny-1 in the areas of the business where it will have the greatest impact.
While this is likely to produce the best returns in bid proposals and other high value-add activities, AutogenAI can be applied to a wide range of internal and external business processes such as marketing, sales and public relations. As the use of AI becomes more mainstream, AutogenAI seeks to position itself as a vital tool in all forms of business communication, and substantial funding rounds show that it is well poised to achieve this.
