What the job involves
- Are you a savvy Lifecycle marketer looking for an exciting opportunity to shape campaigns and lifecycle strategies across our Business Services Division?
- Join our dynamic team and take charge of end-to-end creation, optimization, and execution of email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Dive into strategic initiatives focused around increasing the LTV of a business customer
- Campaign Development: Craft and execute top-notch email and SMS marketing campaigns for our insurance inquiring audiences inside of our ESP which is Iterable
- Director Collaboration: Engage closely with the Director of Lifecycle to understand campaign requirements, strategize effectively, and implement campaigns with precision
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report campaign effectiveness using defined KPIs. Drive ideation for optimization and future steps based on data insights
- Quality Assurance: Uphold a high standard of quality by delivering creatives and campaigns that undergo thorough QA testing
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with teams like Advertising Operations, Data Warehouse, Engineering, and Design to ensure integrated campaign success
- Technical Expertise: Work cross-functionally to ensure the technical setup of email campaigns is accurate, providing the necessary information for success
