Desirable
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms

What the job involves
- 10–12 week full-time internship (May–August 2026)
- Join Yotpo’s Revenue Operations team and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across our go-to-market (GTM) functions
- As a RevOps Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience optimizing processes, managing our CRM and GTM tools, and executing high-impact projects that shape the way Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams operate
- This is a unique opportunity to learn from an experienced team while contributing directly to Yotpo’s growth
- Hands-on GTM exposure: Work directly with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, gaining end-to-end visibility into revenue operations
- Strategic impact: Lead high-value projects like CRM optimization, pipeline management, and process automation that directly influence business outcomes
- Skill development: Build expertise in RevOps tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, etc.) and develop advanced analytical, process, and problem-solving skills
- Mentorship & learning: Receive guidance from experienced RevOps leaders and collaborate with senior stakeholders, accelerating professional growth

- Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes across all GTM teams
- Own the end-to-end management of our CRM and related GTM tools, ensuring data integrity, system usability, and process alignment
- Lead and execute high-impact RevOps projects, including territory planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and process automation
- Support GTM functions in their day-to-day operations, providing process and systems support
- The Revenue Operations team at Yotpo sits at the heart of our GTM engine, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive strategic alignment and operational efficiency

Our take
The retail sector is continuing its decisive pivot towards eCommerce, creating a vast and growing market for innovative eCommerce tools and software. Yotpo is a SaaS-based eCommerce marketing startup offering integrated data-driven loyalty, SMS marketing, and review solutions, amongst others, on a single platform.
The company has already secured strategic partnerships with major eCommerce platforms including Shopify, Salesforce, and Adobe. In a sector where the breadth of reach is key, it is wise to deepen existing partnerships and continue with new acquisitions - both of which appear to have remained a priority for Yotpo alongside the launch of its eCommerce Retention Marketing Platform in 2023.
Its focus on a single platform and integrated experience is likely to be a success, as the spate of new eCommerce tools is creating a real need for streamlined and optimised management as the sector develops.
