What the job involves

The Bolt Drive operations assistant is responsible for smooth traffic offense fine management
The goal is to process traffic offenses in a timely manner as well as answer authority requests based on set guidelines
Manage and administer incoming traffic offense fines, including forwarding data to authorities and issuing fines to users
Answering incoming authority requests connected to traffic offenses and criminal offenses (both in writing and on the phone)
Creation of reports to monitor volumes and performance
Assist with further operational duties as requested
