- 5+ years of digital media analytical experience
- Technical Skills Proficiency in the following : SQL data extraction and transformation, Tableau or equivalent BI tools, Salesforce CRM and Sales productivity and forecasting tools

- Join the Sales team and you’ll build the relationships that help grow our business in existing markets and beyond
- We don’t just sell creative solutions to our clients and partners, we help to shape them; using our expert knowledge of ad products, sales channels and the industry to impact the way the world experiences music and podcasts
- A multifaceted opportunity with Spotify's Ad Sales team in New York City, reporting to the head of Revenue Management & Forecasting
- This role drives revenue growth through strategic data analysis and sales process optimization. Key collaborators include sales and financial leadership and the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Identify business trends and recommend data-driven revenue growth strategies
- Coordinate with Sales Analytics to build to enhance our current dashboards
- Deliver weekly sales performance insights including revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, seller performance and win rate tracking
- Support global projects to standardize and automate our revenue processes
- Engage with sales leadership to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement
- Challenge existing processes to increase sales team efficiency
- Manage Quarterly and Annual Planning processes
- Allocate quarterly quotas for our global sales teams
- Manage territory planning for our global sales organization
- Report and advise our weekly regional and global sales forecast

Spotify was founded in an attempt to combat the rampant music piracy that was causing significant harm to the industry. The company has since taken music streaming mainstream and now has 180m+ paying subscribers across the world.
With features that include a highly accessible interface and a vast catalogue of artists, Spotify's strong brand has been able to maintain growth in spite of fierce competition from deep-pocketed rivals like Amazon and Apple. The company has achieved this by making smart acquisitions to move into other verticals to strengthen its offerings, especially podcasting, by acquiring Gimlet Media, Anchor and Parcast.
Spotify's future plans include rapid growth with a goal to become a one-stop destination for all digital sound, as well as AI and NFT integrations. However, high costs incurred from the acquisition of exclusive podcasts, increasing competitor strength, and weak bottom-line growth mean that the company must find a balance to maintain its position in the sector.
