What the job involves
- Robinhood is seeking a Marketing manager to come in and tactically support the growth and utilization of Robinhood’s owned marketing channels
- Mainly supporting the Lifecycle Marketing team, this person will be building, testing and deploying campaigns from the ground up and/or leveling up foundational programs to the necessary levels of growth and scale
- This includes creating audiences through Hightouch, building content (email, push, and in-app surfaces) through Contentful and inputting these components into our homegrown journey builder to QA and launch to our 40M users
- In addition to campaign building, this role will contribute to optimizing our team processes and improving our marketing tools & systems to be able to scale the team
- This is a highly visible role where attention to detail, great communication with partners and campaign building expertise is needed
- Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to build lifecycle marketing campaigns from the ground up and optimize existing campaigns through multiple internal and external tools
- Complete thorough QA process for all campaigns to uphold a high level of campaign quality and accuracy
- Prioritize competing requests and managing timeline for campaign launches
- Partner with data science and engineering on campaign and system troubleshooting and optimizations
- Uplevel channel and campaign performance by analysis/ad hoc recommendations on improvements as needed
