Role
Who you are
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field at a university or higher education institution
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram & TikTok, and how to engage effectively across them
- Available 20 hours per week, with at least two semesters remaining in your studies
- Based in Berlin and able to join the team in the office at least twice a week
- Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills (C1 level)
- An active Trade Republic user who’s genuinely interested in our mission and community

- Our mission is that finance should be accessible, understandable, and part of everyday conversations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Get your hands on community management on our social media channels (Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn), from witty replies to thoughtful DMs, keep the conversation alive and real
- Turn comments or mentions into a chance to spark discussion, build trust, and grow a community that genuinely cares
- Handle customer issues with empathy and speed - coordinating with the internal teams to make resolutions quick, fair, and seamless
- Team up with Community and Content creatives to shape stories that resonate, riding trends, listening to feedback, and keeping our brand culturally tuned in
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to keep everything we share authentic, accurate and consistent
