Who you are
- You already have experience working with startups preferably in SAAS based businesses or experience working in investment banking or similar
- You bring strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with a track record of providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making
- You are persistent and eager to understand the complexity and full picture of a business
- You care about a strong collaboration with your team, are open minded and generally bring a positive attitude wherever you go
- You speak fluent English, German is a plus but not a must-have
What the job involves
- In order to succeed with this mission, we are looking for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Reporting directly to our Head of Finance, you will be a key driver in shaping and optimising our financial strategies and decision-making processes
- Collaborating closely with executive leadership, finance teams, and cross-functional departments, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial performance and success of our organisation
- You are responsible for our monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting and heavily involved in supporting financial decision making for our organization. You also provide timely insights by ad-hoc analyses for our C-level
- You act as a business partner for our Sales, Marketing and Operation teams, f.e. when it comes to topics like contracts with our hardware and insurance providers
- You work closely with our accounting team for monthly and annual closing and you assist in the implementation and maintenance of our reporting software
- You develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with other business functions to lead deep dives on KPIs / P&L items
- You collaborate with the BI department to map the financial data and analyses in a BI system. You will be responsible for developing new finance dashboards
- You manage and support digital transformation projects aiming at automating and optimizing processes

This speaks to the quality of life and healthcare access on the continent, but it also creates challenges for currently understaffed, often underfunded healthcare systems.
Patronus Group is building software that integrates the wearers health data with popular smartwatches, connecting them to their family members or carers, as well as emergency call centres. Indeed, the company is quickly executing plans to make its app available for a wider circle of health workers such as doctors and nursing home staff.
The age-tech sector has been quickly gathering steam over the last few years, and is actually forecast by some to surpass $2 trillion by the end of the decade. Though only founded in 2021, Patronus Group has tapped into this demand and secured tens of millions in investment already as it looks to rapidly scale up and expand its tech offering.
