Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about digital marketing, possesses a strong strategic mindset with a CRM focus especially around retention and loyalty practices, and excels in project management
- Deep understanding of account management and client relationship principles
- Demonstrable experience in working with clients on CRM practices and strategy
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within a marketing or advertising agency
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in leveraging project management tools and reporting systems
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and demonstrating initiative to drive results
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and trends would be an advantage
What the job involves
- The Senior Account Manager at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) plays a pivotal role in driving client success and satisfaction
- This position is responsible for overseeing the management of one of our key accounts, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns, and fostering strong relationships with clients
- You will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. Our client is in the tech industry, so an interest in this sector would be preferable
- You will be expected to identify opportunities for account growth while proactively addressing client needs and challenges
- Managing day-to-day client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact
- Leading projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets
- Developing strategic proposals and presentations for clients based on their needs and objectives
- Collaborating with creative and production teams to execute campaigns, ensuring that all outputs align with brand standards and client expectations
- Monitoring project performance, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders
- Identifying and resolving potential issues before they become problems
- Actively participating in client meetings to gauge feedback and drive improvements
- Contributing to business development efforts and identifying areas for upselling or cross-selling services
- This is a fixed term contract for 5 months to cover maternity leave
