Who you are
- 10+ years of product management experience, with proven success leading SaaS products at scale
- Startup and growth experience - you’ve thrived in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and ownership is essential
- Proven product leadership - managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex products, aligning stakeholders, and scaling solutions to large markets
- Strong execution and strategic instincts - balancing user needs, business opportunities, and technical innovation while keeping teams focused on outcomes
- Exceptional influence and communication skills - you can inspire teams, simplify complexity, and make sound decisions with confidence
- Strong AI literacy - you have hands-on experience building with or integrating AI/ML systems, and you can confidently partner with researchers and engineers from day one to shape strategy, evaluate opportunities, and bring AI-powered experiences to market
- Background in education/ed-tech is welcome but not required
- You think and operate strategically - connecting product vision to company goals, creating clarity and focus even when the landscape is complex
- You multiply impact through collaboration - building deep partnerships across engineering, design, GTM, and data science to align priorities and drive results

What the job involves
- Set vision and strategy for your domain - leverage market research, GTM feedback, and data insights to define a roadmap that drives differentiation, adoption, and measurable impact
- Drive execution at scale - guiding products from concept through launch and iteration, balancing innovation with speed and ensuring seamless delivery across thousands of classrooms
- Build AI-first experiences - partner with senior AI researchers and engineers to deliver personalization, recommendations, and insights that push the boundaries of how teachers and students interact with technology
- Lead with influence - work cross-functionally across engineering, design, GTM, and curriculum partners, ensuring alignment, clarity, and momentum even in highly complex environments
- Transform traditional workflows - reimagine manual, paper-driven processes into best-in-class digital experiences that save time, surface insights at the right moment, and improve learning outcomes
- Champion outcomes, not just features - ensure products measurably improve teacher efficiency, student progress, and institutional adoption
Our take
Digital education has become an increasing reality in recent years. Whilst services such as Zoom have provided platforms for remote teaching, the minimal functionality of such services has outlined the lack of digital engagement tools that classrooms require.
Kiddom develops a collaborative learning platform for K-12 schooling, with integrated solutions for remote teaching, in-person school and homework assignments. The platform allows teachers to assign tasks and to collaborate with students on them, whilst the software gathers data to provide insights on student engagement and performance.
The startup currently provides its services to individual teachers for free, but solutions for inter-institutional curriculums come at an annual subscription fee. Kiddom’s approach aims to fill the gap between remote and in-school teaching, at the same time as integrating student analytics to optimize and personalize the way students are educated.
