Who you are
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment (previous startup experience is advantageous)
- A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience, with documented HR-related qualifications
- Experience in leading smaller to mid-sized P&C teams
- A background as a Business Coach is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Native proficiency in German is a must
- Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and proficient in HR analytics
- Proactive and willing to delve deep into selected topics
- Passionate about both people and culture, as well as business-savvy topics
- Eager and committed to shaping and contributing to a unique growth story
- Capable of challenging conventional approaches and open to building a unique approach

What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced Head of People & Culture to lead our People & Culture (P&C) team of four exceptional individuals
- As the Head of People & Culture, you will take responsibility for all HR-related activities, from meetings with internal stakeholders to optimizing compensation and benefits programs
- Additionally, you will champion our company culture and offer support to company executives and team leaders, facilitating the company's rapid development and growth
- Serve as a strategic partner to top management and founders, aligning business objectives with our people strategy
- Lead and mentor the P&C team, own the team's OKRs and necessary HR analytics
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off-boarding
- Act as the primary point of contact for management and executives regarding all HR-related matters
- Continuously enhance HR processes and the business partner value proposition
- Optimise employee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and reflect our values and the needs of our people
- Negotiate with external stakeholders, from payroll providers to tool providers
- Represent the P&C function to senior internal and external stakeholders, including investors and through social media
- Ensure the company's compliance with all labor-related regulations

The company has adopted a unique approach to workplace management, offering the first workplace software built around users instead of buildings. Along with standard functionalities like booking resources, the tool that has brought the company unique success is the ability, via mobile app, to identify who of their employees are in the office and thereby schedule meetings accordingly.
Following 2025 funding, the company will invest capital into extending reach across European markets, with a particular focus on expanding its presence in the UK. And it's 10 year plan is to be to workforce management what Salesforce is to CRM. A lofty goal, but the company is certainly setting itself up to achieve this in due time.
