Who you are
- 3+ years in a quota-carrying hunter sales role with a track record of exceeding your number
- Ambitious and results-oriented, with a strong desire to win and a commitment to creating value for customers along the way
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly and develops meaningful relationships
- Naturally curious, thoughtful, and strategic driven to deeply understand customers, industries, and business challenges so you can engage prospects with relevance and purpose
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement are valued
- Experience with SaaS, live-streaming and/or video content creation either as an individual or in a business setting is a plus
What the job involves
- This is a hunter sales position. You will develop a robust pipeline and consistently exceed monthly new customer acquisition targets
- Handle in-bound leads inquiring about Restream from first-contact to close
- Identify and engage new potential clients through our self-serve user base (free and paid)
- Creatively prospect for new customers that fit our Ideal customer profile
- Handle the full-sales cycle from outreach, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and close, through a mix of email, social outreach, phone and video calls
- Be the voice of our customers by identifying and representing their needs by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Become a Product expert, helping organizations across industries understand the value of live-streaming and teaching them to leverage Restream’s suite of products to hit their goals and communicate effectively with their target audiences
- Help build the foundation of a world-class sales organization, influencing strategy, processes, and culture as we enter our next phase of growth
