Who you are

  • Minimum 3 years selling to Enterprise-sized businesses
  • Bachelor Degree or higher education equivalent, desirable
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT, Security, Cybersecurity industry, desirable
  • Experience with Salesforce, a plus
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications

What the job involves

  • The Account Executive (Enterprise)(International) position is responsible for identifying and acquiring new logos within the Enterprise business segment to meet and exceed their monthly sales quota
  • This can be achieved by creating opportunities through various prospecting methods, following up on inbound leads, as well as reigniting open, outstanding customer opportunities
  • Acquire Enterprise-sized new logo accounts within assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly sales quota
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of Enterprise-sized business opportunities by deploying strategic prospecting techniques, following lead cadence best practices, and conducting walkthroughs of our suite of products
  • Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4’s full suite of products and educate the customer how each product will improve their business’s human firewall
  • Manage the full sales cycle of Enterprise-sized business opportunities by identifying key decision makers, potential roadblocks and persistently follow up on next steps to accurately forecast open opportunities
  • Act strategically in offering subscription levels, multi-year deals and/or negotiating discounted pricing to increase ARR
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of daily sales statistics via Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the assigned Channel sales representative to seamlessly close new logos through our Partner business channels

Our take

Human error is a huge contributor to the success of phishing attacks and other cybercrime, meaning it is vital that businesses keep their staff well trained and educated in good security practices. KnowBe4 delivers a cloud-based security awareness training program, alongside simulated phishing attacks, to allow companies to make sure their people are as robust against cybercrime as their technology.

A subscription to KnowBe4 enables staff to access automated security training campaigns generated from a large library of content, with reminder emails to ensure they are on track. Its PhishER product, a Security Orchestration, Automation and Response platform, offers automatic prioritization for emails which allows security teams to respond to the biggest threats quicker.

KnowBe4 is the world’s largest integrated platform for security awareness training, serving over 50,000 customers. The company has also launched a Mobile Learner App, which provides access to training modules and notifications about assigned training, to supplement the training platform and deliver heightened services to its clients.
