Who you are

The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and a thorough understanding and practical experience of enterprise or consulting led sales
Willingness to learn and continuously improve your sales skills are essential
We’re looking for candidates that are ambitious and looking to step up to sales leadership roles as the company continues to grow
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills: able to engage/sustain C-Level audiences and construct effective propositions/proposals and respond effectively to tenders
Ability to learn and understand deep-tech and AI solutions
Understanding the competitive landscape, assessing clients needs, and aligning sales efforts with broader organisational goals
Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics
Creation and execution of an Ideal Customer Profile and go-to-market strategy
The ability to manage own workload, and that of a team, to work effectively and to deadlines
The ability to manage people, bring all technical and non-technical stakeholders onboard to deliver compelling presentations, demos and proposals,
Hold consultative discussions with technical stakeholders
Have a background in enterprise software sales
Experience and ability to manage complex sales processes
A proven track record in identifying growth potential and winning new key customers
Excellent skills in developing client relationships at a senior level
Experience with international sales (not essential)

What the job involves

Drive lead identification qualification, opportunity development and tracking
Improve sales processes end to end
Support in continuous improvement of the sales strategy and close rates
Maintaining client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consultant led sales
Identifying new sales opportunities through channel partners or via your own initiatives
Taking the lead on proposals and delivering compelling pitches to C-level executives
You will drive account development & revenue growth leading to client account growth
Effectively predict and deliver sales results through accurate sales forecasting
