Role
Who you are
- You have 3+ years experience working in SaaS
- Prior experience working with API’s to extract, transform, and load data between SaaS platforms
- You have experience working with at least one iPaaS, preferably Workato, alternatively Mulesoft, Boomi, etc. Experience with these tools is a plus, but not required
- You are able to work with large, complex, data sets, drawing insights and making connections
- You have experience assisting customers in overcoming technical challenges
- You enjoy learning new technologies and solving problems
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with at least one development language (e.g. Python, Ruby, Javascript) would be advantageous
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Self-driven commitment to keep learning as our product and customer needs evolves quickly
- Creative problem solving skills resulting in practical and innovative solutions
- Excellent communication skills, explaining technical solutions to a non-technical stakeholder
- A curious mindset and agile approach, able to adapt in a dynamic environment
What the job involves
- As a Product Integrations Specialist, you will configure, implement and support our integration product offering. You will collaborate with the customer, sales, and onboarding teams to ensure our integrations are delivering optimal value
- Implement customer integrations: Configure and deploy standardized customer integrations utilizing our low/no-code iPaaS platform
- Account setups & data processing: Set up customer accounts following established processes and requirements gathered by the onboarding, customer and sales team
- Integration operations & updates: Help monitor and maintain existing integrations to ensure their reliability, making updates to integrations as required
- Troubleshooting & support: Assist in identifying, documenting, and troubleshooting integration issues and errors
- Interface with customers: Communicate with customers to provide support and guidance on their integrations
- Documentation & best practices: Create detailed documentation for integrations, including data flows and troubleshooting guides. Advocate and enforce integration best practices and coding standards
- Problem-solve and innovate: identify areas for process improvements, automation, and optimization across our integration offering

The construction industry in North America is experiencing what some analysts are calling endemic widespread labor shortages. That means general contractors are under more pressure than ever to place the right people on the right projects at the right time.
Bridgit and its main product, Bench, are alleviating this pressure for construction managers. By replacing spreadsheets with a built-for-purpose software, Bridgit helps managers strategically manage their workforce with much greater efficiency and precision.
Off the back of 2023 funding, the company is expanding its product team, focusing on development that will enable its software to become a unifying layer for an organization’s data. This will provide “unprecedented visibility” for its customers' people and projects.
The company has so far won sizable clients that have both decent profits and pressing staffing problems. And most recently launched an AI assistant that is set to help further simplify construction workforce planning. Pushing the company in the right direction to continue dominating in its market.
